Our Warranty

At Mr White Goods, we're dedicated to ensuring the reliability of our appliances appliances. To provide you with absolute peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 3-month warranty on all our appliances.

 

Coverage Period:

All our appliances come with a comprehensive 3-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to instances where the machines has been subject to unauthorised alterations or tampering. This includes but is not limited to the swapping of taps, dissasembly of parts or manipulation of internal components.

 

Repairs Covered:

Our warranty covers the cost of necessary repairs during the warranty period of 3 months from the purchase date.

 

 

Repairs Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised repairs. Please be aware that if you report any faults with the machine, we will assess the issue thoroughly. Upon assessment, if the fault is found to be an inherent defect in the machine, we will arrange for repairs or replacement as necessary, depending on the circumstances. However, please note that our warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse or improper handling of the appliances. If no fault is found during our inspection and the issue is determined to be due to poor or improper usage of the machine, a call-out fee will be charged.
