After placing your order, we'll provide you with a courtesy call prior to delivery. We'll then have your machine ready for delivery. Our team will ensure everything is securely set up so you can start using your new machine right away
Installation & Set-up
We offer professional installation and setup services for all of our appliances. Our experienced delivery team will make sure your appliance is installed and ready to use in no time. We take the hassle out of the setup process and will have your appliance running before you know it.

Delivery Policy

Notification: Upon order placement, our team will contact you to confirm details and to schedule delivery as well as with a 30-minute heads-up call prior to arrival.

Delivery/Fees: For Sydney orders (within a 20km radius of Minchinbury), delivery is free. For areas outside this radius, a delivery fee of $39 applies. For areas outside of Sydney a flat rate of $2 per km will be charged.

Stair Notification: Please inform us in advance if your location involves stairs so we can plan accordingly.

Re-Delivery Fee: A re-delivery fee applies if no one is available at the agreed delivery time.

Rescheduling: Changes to the delivery day/time must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Waiting Fee: A waiting fee may apply for unforeseen circumstances during delivery.
